This department tests the blood morphology and blood diseases. This section carries out a variety of routine and specialized tests on the components of whole blood, such as complete blood count, blood film, and hemoglobin electrophoresis.
Microbiology
This department tests for Clinically Significant Microorganisms that can be isolated and identified from nearly any body fluid.
Molecular Biology
This department covers a wide array of genetic and molecular tests, from quantifying the viral load of certain viruses such as Hepatitis B and C by Real Time PCR, to genetic coagulation tests such as Factor V Leiden, as well as Covid-19 Variant testing.
Serology & Immunology
This department tests the patients’ samples to diagnostically identify antibodies and antigens produced against certain diseases using a variety of methods.

This section performs a large variety of special tests mostly by fully automated methodology, to cover general metabolic functions such as glucose level, Kidney function test, liver enzymes and lipid profiles.
Drug of Abuse & Therapeutic Drugs
