Mobile App Data Retention

Account and profile information is retained while the account remains active. When account deletion is requested, we delete the account and its associated personal information, except for records that must be retained for the legitimate purposes described below.
Booking and service-request information is retained for the time needed to fulfil the service, complete related administration, and resolve outstanding requests or disputes.
Laboratory records and test results may be retained separately from the app account to meet applicable medical-record and legal obligations. Deleting an app account does not automatically delete records that we are required to retain.
Where information must be retained after account deletion, we limit retention to the information necessary for the applicable purpose and explain the reason and retention period to the requester. Once retention is no longer necessary, the information is securely deleted or irreversibly anonymised.

Do not include your password or laboratory reports.
We may request the minimum additional information necessary to verify your identity and protect your records from unauthorised deletion.
We will process verified requests without undue delay and within applicable legal time limits. We will confirm the outcome and explain any information that must be retained, why it is retained, and for how long. If backup copies cannot be deleted immediately, we will also explain their remaining retention period.
Uninstalling the app does not itself delete your account or data held by Unilabs Jordan.
