Careem announced its cooperation with Unilabs laboratories to facilitate booking appointments for the home PCR test using the Careem application.
Under this cooperation, Careem users will be able to book an appointment to conduct the examination in their homes by choosing the “shop” category through the Careem application and specifying their location as an access point, and then choosing the PCR (COVID-19) Test with Unilabs category and the test date that suits them.
The PCR testing will be conducted at a reduced price of 25 dinars for a specific period.
Commenting on this cooperation, Muhammad Al-Hakim, General Manager of Careem in Jordan and Iraq, said, “We are pleased to harness our technology platform to facilitate the process of booking test appointments in cooperation with Unilab laboratories. We will do everything we can to support our community under these emergency conditions and facilitate their lives in all possible ways.”
